Rodran Quest.. Deliver the Letter- busted

Driller-

The quest from Roderan to deliver letter to Bordermarch seems busted. When you go there- option in the talk windows offers to deliver the letter.
The response just says "Thanks".. and "Bye".. you can't deliver the letter to the merchant

Still a broken quest, when you speak to the merchant at boardermarch you can choose the option to deliver the letter everytime you speak with him but nothing happens. Once you return to Rodran he refuses to speak with you.

While playing Platina, I tried to complete the letter delivery quest. The first oddity I noticed is that while Rodran says "Deliver this letter to him", no letter appears in my inventory. Upon speaking with the bordermarch merchant, I can tell him I have a letter to deliver which he thanks me for then says bye. Of course I never got the letter from Rodran in the first place so once again, no letter changed hands. I returned to Rodran to test further but his conversation is broken and he won't speak to me.

I too made it to this merchant's shop and gave him the letter but got nothing. the quest never advanced.
Is there a gender bias on this merchant like the one on foxmore?

I tried to tell him but he wont speak to you. Truly just like Cass described above

I just went into Rodran's area to finish the quest . I tried to talk to him but nothing happened no dialogue box or other response at all.

I have tested this quest and it works fine. Please post your Gamespy/Character name and I will reset the quest.
