Key to Mystic Forge but no Forge exists

Key to Mystic Forge but no Forge exists
I've looked everywhere (not sure if the the yuan-ti temple is supposed to be the the farthest point possible to go or not) I killed Pyros and got a key the the forge but have not found the forge to be anywhere.

There is no forge. You can use imbuing stone if you have enough crafting skill.
