Cloak crafting not functioning
Cloak appearance changing remains stuck on the starting model.
The only constant is change.

There are several other bugged things with appearance changes.
Full Plate Only gives about 5 choices ( possibly not a bug )
Rapier- Couldnt craft
Morningstar-Couldnt Craft
Spear- Couldnt craft
that is all that I have tested so far.
on a positive note Helmets seem to be working very well.
