Forging the Epic Elf Blade?

Can the Epic Elf Blade be forged??? Want Vamp regen, maybe extra damage, transforms into a mini gatlin gun ... like Jesse Ventura had in Predator ...
Seriously can it be forged?

Yes, the sword can, just done it this morning but...be sure to have plenty of gp, did forge mine when it was at +10 EB...was costing me around 500k gp for each forgie i was adding to it (cost getting higher with each one you add so the last one i forge on the sword cost me around 750k gp). Better use that char a lot at that price
