Cannot connect

So I downloaded the pwc, extracted it to the PWC folder, updated NWN2,went online, connected, made a character, OK'd, bar started to fill, then this happened:
Neverwinter Nights 2 wrote:Could not load the module. There was an error loading the module.

Maybe it is because you do not have MOTB. Though Obsidian did state that a non MOTB user should be able to join.
