I used to roll on Cerea back in the day and there was a little halfling named Boink, who ran around in a speedo and this goofy helmet. And everytime I heard "Awww Here comes Hafling Death!!" I'd crack up

I personally love the incongruent phrase "Oh dear oh dear" coming from the grizzled Blackguard voiceset. I always thought it should be something more manly.

how do you get more voice sets and headsets that most other people have in BSK (ie I don't want people seeing a 'no head' or not hearing me)

Are there special head packs and voice packs that BSK supports, if I'm making any sense at all?
