Your Luck Rating is: 0 ???

When I log in I see "Your Luck Rating is: 0"... What is this and how do I increase my Luck Rating? Oh and I am playing a halfling who has a feat called "Lucky" whats up with that?

find a lucky stone and the rating will probaly change..

As far as I have heard only one has been found as yet, and the chances of getting 3 on one character would be very slim I think.
