Alighment change or Deletion (For any DM)

Hi there, I recently found your lovely little server and from what I have found is everything I have wanted in a server...till I hit level six and realised I couldn't have my alignment shifted back and forth, Since my original build was this one http://nwn.bioware.com/guilds_registry/ ... pic=228407
(Btw it's Tattooed Monk's one not Kail's, scroll down)

I thought that would be fine being that I had a backup build in case, however in order for me not to do any alignment changes to this build http://nwn.bioware.com/guilds_registry/ ... 6&gid=8061
However in order to make this build true I would need to be changed to Lawfully Neutral rather then Neutral Evil, and I was wondering if that was possible at all?

If not.. could I have my character deleted so I may use the same name again for I am very in love with this character however I want the build to be efficient.

Can't change on the L/N/C scale, only on G/N/E by going to specific god's temples.

I am quite aware of this however DM's can fix this with their DM tools, use to do it often back in the day on the server I use to DM.

with the rights tools, yes, one can change alignment, but king driller said no changeling in the L/N/C scale for some unknown reason, only one can change G/N/E by changeling gods. I wish he changes his mind about that, but as the rules stands, it is not allowed

oh well, to del your char just pm or email driller (he is the only one can do that) with bsk in the subject line

Generally, DM sanctioned alignment changes are rare. If they do happen, they are generally for roleplay reasons. Class combinations mixing lawful only classes like monk, paladin and dwarven defender with non-lawful classes such as bard & barbarian is pretty much out of the question and so alignment shifts to justify combinations lawful/nonlawful classes won't be granted.

If your build doesn't involve such a combination, will a DM be willing to shift it? I wouldn't say it's impossible but it's probably better if you ask them in a PM or a tell when you get the chance as I cannot speak for them.

Thanks for the replies guys so quickly, looks like he is going to get a big delete *sighs* the thing is if you actually looked at the second build.. the one I could change it over to.. is all it would need is one alignment change like if I started over and chose that alignment wouldn't have an issue but I would have to get all these levels again and since I am new to the server it will take a little while, not to mention the amount I work at.

Changing the first part of an alingment makes for an extremely unbalanced character . Go to a PvP server and try that Pal/PM/Bard and you will see why..or That DD/PM/Bard

It's ok now, I just remade the character and slightly changed the name, I Am following the second build to the letter. should work out fine. Thanks all for your replies.

hmm, the temples will not allow me inside in order to change gods, I wonder why... it says that I cannot enter because I do not serve the god... but thats just it... I want to change gods! ... *sigh* any help with this?

There are other temples about that have less strict entrance rules.
