Nizzle take the time to read her bio.

Her mother was Drow/Nymph
And her father unknown to her mother was a drow with a dragon spirit affecting his line.

Hence Orty is a Drow/Nymph/of Dragon influence. Might explain why she has so many kids.... 10 at last count. Also explains why she has 29 sisters and 3 brothers, mom was busy.

In any case yes the drow token at the time had to be handed out by a dm.
The world is a strange place.
