I think you miss read that. I was refering to pc's in party who are on the same quest but did absolutely nothing to help you get the quest item. Then if you leave party to turn it in, those other party members get mad cause they didnt get the free xp for their lazy butts.
Now if they ask politely, thats another story.Of course you always ask party members before turning in a quest item. That's a given.
