They have been remodeled since last i saw..
They work better than they ever have...
This time and era was very dependant on horses..
It's a large part of CEP2.
They have fixed the sounds and the dismounting.
Looks pretty solid and spent all night last night ridding them.. :P
Can fight on them. Mage duel on them.. woOt..

Pickable and holdable flowers are kewl too.. :P

Times are a changing.. NWN2 is about to be out and alot of the traffic will be diverted.. I know the horses will require work to get them in.. I think it's worth it.

Oh yea! defenatly the horses. T'was much fun riding along side Juz, and I agree the flowers are a nice touch also ~smells the rose she was given~ Cant wait to see more of both in the future!

To have the horses implemented im sure Driller would have to remodel the server this means taking time and possibly shutting BSK down ..

I would think that his time and energy at this moment are making his plans for the arrival of NWN2 and possibly BSK2 there is enough drag factor on the server at this moment wothout adding more

I would have to say NO to horses

It will be a while before they are a feature on NWN2. For now NWN1 has them but I doubt BSK will ever.

Im against having those horses, since i played Oblivion that game killed my ummm (sheesh can't remember the word i need here :? ).....ok i'll use urge....*ahem* my urge to use horses in a game. NWN and BSK are great as they are IMHO.

I for one am against horses

The server hasnt been built to facilitate them for a start and a total restructuring would be needed ..

Why do we need them on bsk anyways nearly everyone is hasted and can run from A to B quick enough and the portal system works well so my vote is :thumbsdown:

The increased movement rate is the only playability reason to have one.

The actual reason most people want it is for the same reason people flood the server with various winged characters from time to time: It a status thing or a fad.

Horses will not hurt BSK in the least. I doubt they would be allowed in the Keep and the interest in them would not last long enough to really matter.

Personally, with everyone already having haste, I think having the horses is pointless, but hamless.

Or maybe Driller could script a removal of Haste from all items? rofl!

Could we haste the horses? Or maybe tlet them take a couple levels of Monk. If so, I'm naming mine Concord SST.

The server isn't realy modeled for horse travelling.
There are the rune gates, there are town portals, blackstone portals, most places are easily gained by foot.
We have a gathering place in town, the Tree. With horses there what would you see? 12 to 15 people standing on a horse in the middle of town, It would look very out of place.

*chuckles* I'd rather see henchmen added with big heavy packs, and two cocoa nut halves in thier hands to bang together.

I say yes to horses, but lets do not allow everyne to have horses, wings are enough, i dont like to see everyone with wings and horses arround. maybe build a place where u can rent a horse for 24/48h in game time, and pay like 100k
