No chest dropped, will try again this evening. Got the message say it was slayed but no chest, remains, or anything dropped

“Old Farmer” shows as completed in journal but shows “farmland infestation” as incomplete... I also just went down and killed hag again, no remains, chest, or anything dropped in inventory to turn in. Also, tried to turn in quest again with no luck.

I have turned on debugging for the quest, when you get a chance, do it again so I can see what is happening.

I have also had this issue with 2 different characters.
