in fact, this cloak have to provide immunity for darkness, but it do not work.
Immunity is not added to character list and do not work.
Character was affected when somebody has casted darkness.

It's NWN bug, it's been there since the game was launch.

Spell Immunity: Darkness does not work and never has. That's what the cloak has. It's not specific to darkness, any Spell Resistance: No spell ignores magic immunity. But Condition Immunity: Darkness does work, although it's not available as an item property.
