YES!!! I just saw one of my party members use it and they rock!!! That thing is a necromancer's wet dream!!! Still don't know where to find it but DON'T TELL ME!!!

If you find me in game, I can tell you (if you as In Character) how to get one, what they do and all that.
Also, if you find one for sale, buy it. It scales with your level, so you'll never get too experienced to use it.
