Can't continue on with missions

My character Furin Mithralhammer has two mission-stopping problems.

The first is my mission to do the Shrines has disappeared. The first, second and third missions are reported as having done them but there's no mission to do the next one. I can't do any shrine missions.

The second is I've got the Mind Flayers mission (CR 36): "Go to the Underdark via the Well room in the Oasis tavern and search for the Mind Flayer City." When I try to use the Well, it tells me I have to talk to Ozban first. I go to Ozban and he tells me to do mission Advisor Blackthorne (CR 50). I cannot go to the Underdark. I'd like to get done with some of these lower CR missions first but I'm locked out from the Underdark.

might be helpful or not.
you need to complete the advisors quest line before it unlock the well to the dwarven citadel.
but if you have the mind flayers quest already, it mean you went there so exit from the main floor directly in the UD.

Mask-Inc, I haven't been to the dwarven citadel so that's not working.

Also, this underdark problem is also occurring with my character Lisa Lyons but her Ozban mission is Advisor Tartus.

Did some more checking. It's happening with all my characters who try to go to the Underdark (who haven't previously been there.)

You have to complete the Advisor quest line first and then it should work.

Ok, continue with the Advisor missions. However, Furin is still unable to continue on with Shrine missions. I did the 3rd one and was told it was done. Good, but no 4th Shrine mission was given. I decided to do the 4th Shrine and got a 5th Shrine mission. That was hopeful. Did the 5th shrine and got to the end and was told, "You must complete the previous shrines before doing this one".

I have as completed missions 1st, 2nd, 3rd. I have the 5th shrine mission but unable to complete it. No 4th Shrine mission to be done unfortunantely, which I guess is not setting the variable so the 5th can be done.
