New Quest

I have added another quest to Grum in Bordermarch. It is level limited and a party is recommended.

I plan on adding a few more Strongholds for party play. This one is basic, future ones will be larger and require party coordination to complete them.

I will use this one for testing and balancing.

I saw the CR of the quest as 16. The Ice Dragon's was 17. If you complete the Ice Dragon and level to 17, you can't do the last quest. Just saying.

That's not how it works. It is limited to PC levels 12-16. The CR listed is the maximum you will face(usually a boss) which is between 22-26.

I guess what I meant was that I've never completed the Ice Dragon quest below level 16, which means that I'll never see the last quest since the maximum level allowed into that area is 16.

I have disabled this quest. But, the area can be entered without it.
