HA Forge Stone bugged?

Anyway, I went to the Forge, tried to make myself a Holy Avenger. I added the proper stone to a clean socketed Bastard Sword, freshly bought, and got "OnHit Unique Power (OnHit): Level 1".
This is strange, because on my other Holy Avenger that I made another day, I got "... level 40", with the same crafting toon.

Since it's an OnHit, I went out and hit a few mobs. I get the feeling that the +d6 divine damage that you're supposed to get against undead and other evil mobs is not activating either.

Now, I spent a lot of Forgies on this sword, so I hope it's a bug that can be fixed without me having to ditch the sword...

Also, since I don't have that many Forgies, I didn't test on another sword.

If you can't find me, you can refurbish the Forgies and I'll craft it again. Or just give me a new sword (Bastard Sword, +2d12 Mass crit, HA, keen, +d6 divine, +d8 electric, +d6 sonic, AB20) and I'll put the broken one in the trash can.
You can also work through Mask-inc, if you can't find me in game.

Well, I think this bug got worse.

I tried to apply the forge stone to a clean socketed greatsword (2 times) and a normal mundane greatsword. Each time the golem gave me the "excellent result" message, but when I got to the forge there only was the change money in it. The weapon was completely gone each time.

Edit: Of course the stones were gone, too

I'd also like a weapon corrected if possible. It has the on hit unique 40 which should now be on hit unique 1. I am on around 5:30 like you said

Golem says incompatible. Also I cant remove any other stats on it like massive crit.
Additionally stones still add level 40 unique - I thought they were just supposed to add holy avenger now?

You should be able to remove it with the same stone that added it.
