To many Witch hunters?

Hey!

The server is pretty crowded, and this problem happen few times already. I would like to ask DM Staff to take main voice in this discussion.

Its not a problem, when parties can merge, the problem begins, when they cant ( coz one is full, for example ). And those parties meet at certain point, tryin to start raid. ...

1. Who has priority?
2. As for Witch, where is the starting point? Runed circle?
3. What if some party sit there is no astral eye and wait for another party to get free port?
4. What if, two parties are running toe to toe and arrive at same time?
5. How can Players re-act, when someone is tryin to steal last hit?
6. What Players can do, when they success in last-hitin boss?
7. How can Players re-act, when someone is makin the fight harder ( for example luring hordes of spawns to Boss fight ).

Quick note for the Players: I m not really tryin to accuse anyone or point fingers, I just want to bring this to Staff attention as it will save us a lot of time - their opinion will be final and we will make it happen.

I am sure you are aware that some instances have the bug of no witch drops. Just so the other players can know, has it been resolved yet?
