Build Question: Concentration or Taunt

On a melee build with decent charisma and constitution, which is more useful on BSK? I have enough skill points to max out one of these skills, or should I spread points over both?

I would suggest taunt. As a melee character, you can use this frequently to lower an opponents' AC, whereas concentration will only serve to 'maybe' protect you from an oncoming Taunt. I have yet to see a PvM opponent use Taunt, and generally PvP characters that specialise in Taunt will have too much for standard concentration skill to deal with anyway.
