game mechanics question

so i have a toon 37monk 2sd 1 rogue he has 76ac. so when a creature sneak attacks me while i have no actions que'd im caught flat footed.
i lose my 1 dodge ac and my 8 tumble ac. i maintain my dex ac cause of my 2nd level SD. so im thinking i have 67ac. however hits of 58 or higher will hit me. so what am i missing? also the creature did not roll a natural 20

Seems weird, you also retain your wisdom AC as a monk too when flat footed, so you probably have more ac.

You say just 1 dodge ac, but haste grants +4 dodge ac so you would be losing that as well. I would have to see the break down of all your ac stuff but you are probably overlooking something else as well I would think.

yeah i looked at my gear and realized i had 6ac on my boots and i completely forgot about haste. thats what i was over looking
