Forge eating stones

Around 10:38am EST time went to forge with my crafter, put in a hammer and red forge stone, added the gold needed, activated forge

Got the “excellent result” message but when I opened the forge my hammer had nothing on it and the forge stone was gone!!!

Not sure if this can be replenished once looked into, but this was my only red

May wanna look into it regardless

Was there anything found here? Wing-Zero also tried just after me and same thing happened. I would love to forge but certainly don’t want to throw away my forge stones. I will say thanks to Wing-Zero as he replenished me on the forge I lost in addition to loosing his stone testing it.
