I took this feat thinking that when critters blinded me, I could fight back. So I head down to the spider caves for the quest (having the Blind FIght feat) and I get chain blinded, then killed by the spiders. I could move but my guy wouldn't swing and my player status showed I was blinded.
S how is this feat supposed to work? It doesn't seem worth taking.

Blindfight is usefull mostly in Pvp situations but is also good to have when your fighting something like Rakasha near the ruins that use ghostly visage . In PvP though sneak attacks not seen will always negate any ac you get from dodge such as ac , boots , tumble , etc .

Blind fight doesn't prevent you from getting blinded. But its a must have for melee because it works for concealed opponents eg. ghostly visage,displacement etc. Efffectively it cuts down concealment from 50% to 25% because you reroll.
