Delevel a character?

My memory is hazy but is there an npc that you can pay to delevel your character? I think in Marvale or something?

There was one at Blackwatch, but there were issues with feats and stuff not being removed on de-level and would cause the character to become invalid.

Uh where is Blackwatch again? ^-^; is that by the Talrash druids

I removed that area, plus all the adjoining Gloomwood ones.

Personally I liked the little town of Blackwatch it gave a little more options in the market area. Could it be returned without the delevel NPC ? All it would take is to deactivate the door transition to the building the deleveler was in.

No I don't think so but don't do it in party. It will mess with party menmbers alignment.
