i accepted this request the warden told me to take this key it unlocks the bridge, I went to the bridge and the gate remained locked. there is no key in my inventory.

I've had the same problem .

if you log off and come back the key appears in your inventory or at least it did last night ...also the quest for the gold orb seems to be broken....you kill the orc leader and nothing drops...this has been done multiple times
