Ice Dragon Quest - BSK1

I did the Ice dragon quest out at the Border Marsh, got the head and turned it in getting both xp and gp. But in my quest list it still shows it active or to be done!!?? I believe I checked it after a reset and it still showed me not completing it.

I thought of it. The I said to myself, self what would big Dan Brand do and then I did the opposite?!!?

I have the same problem with the white dragon quest, it say completed in the journal but the quest giver is still giving me the quest when i speak to him. And now, the mayor is doing the same thing to me with the druids quest, say completed but he's always offering me the quest whenever i speak to him.
