Quest Item Drops.

I have noticed that every boss on Blackstone Keep that has a quest item, e.g. Den Mother, Spider Queen, Gank, Snort etc.
Even after you have done the quest, they still drop quest items.

This enables players to hoard up on quest items, transfer to other players and build that characters much faster than the good old ways.

I know this because I have tested it and done it.
We need a way around the constant dropping of the boss quest items else this will continue.
