Deat Attack Broken Plz Fix ASAP

While sneak attack is working just fine Death attack is not working at all. i tried multiple monsters to see if my eyes were fooling me. I'm supposed to have 4d6 death attack. my average dmg hould hover around 30 total plus a chance of stun. Driller please find out whats wrong and fix for me. Thx.

How is death attack broken? Last I checked it worked fine.

Next time i see you online send me a tell. I'll log as Star and show you how it doesnt work. I tested on wolves pixies and others. First of all no message shows up like it does with sneak attack. At her current lvl Star shoul average 30-45 hit on sneak attack. she's getting 18-20. Something is wrong with that.

Do you see the enemy making a fort save in the combat log, after you attack? Also do you have the sneak attack feat provided by rogue, shadow thief, etc

Okay I read that. Next time we're on line together I'll show you what I mean. Star meets all the freakin qualifications. Something is wrong.

I just tested death attack in the MotB... works fine... remember that it is only a *death* attack if the opponent is not in combat. Otherwise its a sneak attack. But you should not death attack does NOT count as sneak attack as a feat prereq (e.g. if you want to multiclass to arcane trickster)

thing is i found that the death attack does work if ur careful but it does not turn into a sneak attack during combat. Its non existant. IMO its not what it used to be.
