Akon's Guardian is not summoning

Akon's Guardian is not summoning
I tried to summon the guardian the same way as I did previously (did so the last time I visited akon on the new bsk2) but he is not coming out to play. I have been at it 20 mins now. Has the way he is summoned changed?

Apparently ..... it is now a d100 roll when you enter the area, not by bridge running.
And... becareful what you wish for .... make sure you have plenty of healing available... !!
