Loot and Zombies

Are the zombies and skeletons on Blackstone Road supposed to NOT drop loot. If so I suggest they do. I am also tending to agree with a few people about the xp amount. Is it as low as it is on purpose. I probably wouldn't mind so much if there were more people on to party with and such but sense nobody is on that much I have to solo which means I need xp and decent loot to help me make it. By the way this post is in no way meant to sound critical. I am using my "matter of fact" voice.
