Problems logging onto BSK II

I am having problems logging in. I have updated nwn 2 and downloaded the PWC file. When I am finished with character creation it tells me that there was a problem loading the Module. Anyone knows what my problem is? Thanks for the help.

You must uncompress the PWC file with http://www.7-zip.org/
Unzip the file to My Documents\Neverwinter Nights 2\PWC

It tries to load the area, but fails. It loads to about 1/5 of the bar and then fails. I have unzipped the PWC file with 2 different programs. But I am having to unzip it to My Documents and then move it to the PWC folder, because it will not directly unzip to the PWC folder. My character is even in the vault now. So I am partially loading it I guess.

ok ive tried to login several times now. Have deleted the PWC file, re-downloaded, and un-zipped again with the same result.

It is saying that the Module was successfully uploaded on the load screen and then it fails when trying to load the area. Then I get the "Could not load the Module. There was an error loading the Module" message.

oh and I am using Vista if that helps with the problem dianostic.

That error message is the classic pwc file error.

Give me the complete name of the pwc file including the extension that you put in your "\My Documents\Neverwinter Nights 2\pwc" folder.

C:\Program Files\Atari\Neverwinter Nights 2\PWC

There is your problem. The pwc file needs to be in:

C:\Documents and Settings\<Your user name here>\My Documents\Neverwinter Nights 2\pwc\

New to Vista so it took me a minute to realize what folder that it was converted into. lol

Haha , take off the dunce cap man . This is new to most of us and I think we all will make a bunch of mistakes , I still chicken peck the key board and hold down the tab button lol . See you in the keep .
