Character Deletion

Is there a way to delete characters you will no longer be using. I have one I started with before I new how BSK really worked. I know others have done the same. How can we get them deleted, or do we just leave them out there???

I have a bunch of those. Maybe driller will have a housecleaning party sometime and some of us can clean up a little.
