When I log in I see "Your Luck Rating is: 0"... What is this and how do I increase my Luck Rating? Oh and I am playing a halfling who has a feat called "Lucky" whats up with that?

Find 3 and it really goes up!
I'd rather be tried by 12 than carried by 6.

As far as I have heard only one has been found as yet, and the chances of getting 3 on one character would be very slim I think.
