Essence quest items

there seems to bee a bug with Essence quest items if you put them down you cant seem to pick them up Eldrick Black has had this problem twice and has had 2 make new charcters 1 was my fault for role playing another wich i dont know about could you please fix it if it is a bug because he cant carry on with the quests unless you can help him finnish the quest thx :idea:
