Dynamic Events

More dynamic events like Shally's minion attacks. Things like NPC adventures being attacked and need help, wandering "merchants"( NPC battlefield looters and such), just random things like a pack of monsters moving through (migrating or relocating). Would also be great way to add awesome new rare encounters for great loot or things.

There is a random encounter for a merchant in the waste, I will have to check and see if it is bugged. I have some old stuff I wrote for dynamic stuff years ago. I will see about cleaning it up.

That would be awesome, and I haven't encountered any merchant in the desert yet. Will keep an eye out though.

I've look for the merchant for hours, but hours, you know, like 5 or 6, not exactly sure, just roaming the waste and nada.
could be a real streak of pure bad luck, could also mean it's bugged
