Wandering Merchant NPC Missing
It could be random, making a post here just in case it's not. Had the random encounter with the Wandering Merchant in Oasis, but the NPC is missing. Used TS just to be sure, even casted AOE spells just to see if he has like 200 stealth and was hiding or something lol. But nope, not here.

Had that happen to me once a few weeks ago next time he appeared no issues, so would say it is random bug
Where there is a will there will be a way...
