Akon, Golem, entry, and exit

I just had Akon's stone drop on the ground after killing Golem, rather than appear in my inventory.

I attempted to use the stone at the teleporter, the animation ran, but I did not get teleported into Akon's.

I spawned golem a second time. Stone appeared on ground. This time, it did teleport me into Akon's.
Once in Akon's I had movement issues - severe warping. A relog fixed the warping, but...

When I try to use the teleporter to get out of Akon's, this error occurs:
Script use_ring, OID:ffffff85, Tag: , ERROR: TOO MANY INSTRUCTIONS"

And I'm trapped in Akon's because teleports don't work. Help.

Still happening. Just tried twice, same result. No teleport.
