Golem Not Refundable To Some

So me and khat can't refund golems on 2 of our chars xillana for me and midnight for her also my main mage vira still can refund hers so its not all chars it seems also she also found a golem statue in a non mages invo her char named lore and was able to refund it tho she never made said golem any help on the refund issue would be awesome also posting pics of each thing

I am not able to refund the golem on wizard character Midnight (as stated). I figured I probably messed something up so had not reported anything.

39 Wizard, 1 Rogue



Also, my Barbarian Løre had a level 22 golem statue on login yesterday 8/17. I did attempt the refund today since I was curious after talking to Resden if it would work- it did(Resden's 3rd image). I did test to see if she could re-build one since she was not and has never been an arcane character, this did not work (which I expected). I have those parts and would happily give them to the rightful owner or help them acquire more if they identify themselves.
- If you are missing a golem statue the one I refunded had:
Required parts (gold, head, heart, torso, etc.)
Waste Full Plate (+4ac, Int +4, Fort saving +6, Disc +20)
Dagger of Chaos ( fire 1d10, EB +2, on-hit:Confusion, vamp regen +3)

22 (at the time) Barbarian

Maybe this is a silly question but how do you refund a golem?
Never mind... apparently my wiz rebuilt into a cleric could get a refund. My first wiz doesn't get the refund option when talking to Bellamy. That explains why I asked how do you refund.

On another note: If wizards can refund their golems, how do sorcerers and pale masters refund theirs?

The golem level must be higher than your wizard's current level to refund it.

For some reason Sorcerers cant refund their slaads. I am not sure with Pale master, but I assume its the same
