New Character - Ship spawn (Resolved)

After the server rebooted, when you make a new character you are not able to move out of the spot you spawn in.

Additionally, I don't see the portal midship that you normally click on to port to the Blackstone docks.

I just tested this and everything works fine. Reboot your PC/router etc...

Just incase this happens to anyone else, Driller's suggestion to reboot everything worked perfectly. I rebooted both my PC and Router
