Farmland Infestation Bug - Resolved

I entered the Farmland's cave, fought to the end, and the Hag was not spawned.

Waited a long time and no spawn.
Walked out of the cave, and went back in and noticed message "Creating Instance. Monster's do not respawn in this instance."

Now I have no way of finishing the Farmer's quest, so I can advance to other Blackstone Keep Quests that require you help the Famer first.


EDIT: Deleting the Character and recreating it did cause the instance to respawn.
However, the Hag still did not respawn.

Still no way to finish the quest.

Thank you SkyBlue. After the Server reset, the issue was resolved.

I went back into the farmland caves, killed the hag and have the quest turn-in.

The problem may still be present, but resetting the server is a great workaround. Since the server is rebooted twice a day, many problems can be avoided.
