Vapor Hawk Quest not completing.

Description: Hes turned in the Vapor Hawk feathers 3 times and no reward was given. Seen some messages a few years ago with the same problem. Cant see anything DMside that says fishy.

From first glance, it does not look like he has any of the Gulwyn quests.

Hey there, I'm the player in the bug submission! (ggm stands for GeeGeeMachine)

Anyway, I just thought it might be useful to say I turned in another 2 vapor hawk feathers and the quest did not complete still. I did transfer quests from a different toon, which is where it might have gotten glitched. Would really just like to get this sorted out so I can continue the questline lol
