Bugged Ice Dragon

Hello!
I am trying to clear the Ice Dragon quest on my archer and every time I attack, it flies up into the sky, drops some ice (like Ice Storm) and despawns. It has done this 3 times in a row and I even tried to stay in melee in case that was the reason. Thanks in advance for your help!

I can confirm. I seen the same.

This will be resolved after the next reset.(What a pain it was to find the cause of this).
