Mythic weapons

I've seen this for a while, so I tested it today, first fight of the day the regen seems to proc fine, after that I headed to the lost city and after a thorough sweep not one proc.

I also noticed it not working as it should after a few hits.

Cannot be forged at the black forge anymore, not sure if it's a bug or intentional.
