Assassins Guild

i have 2 player skulls in my inventory and i cant turn them in. I've tried the unique power does nothing.
Toasty, The Assassin with 2 swords
Larrick Menset, Build Tester
Perum Brangefen, Crafter
Grim, Guy with big Golem
Szass Ham, Wizard who likes zombie pigs
