Advisor Tomb Spawn

Hi Driller,
it appears the spawn script for the Advisor Tombs in the Oasis may be faulty. As at this morning, no skeletons spawned in any of them when I was doing those quests.

I noticed that last night. Hopefully a fix will be in tonight.
