Character Log In Issue:

Hi,

Any assistance would be appreciated.
I am having issues accesing toons accross different computers ( laptop vs desktop).
I was able to access my level 33 from the laptop but none of the other, and vice versa with my desktop.

I have fully reinstalled on laptop, and now both laptop and computer are unable to access the level 33 toon.


After much Discord advice, I belive somehow i had logged on and changed my Blackstone user account name.

I have no idea how to change account sign in at login, as it automatically connects me and i see all the toos (the only one i care about is the lv33 "Hanfur Merhein") When i log on to sever with a new toon it says my account name is "Furious_DDD". When i attempt to acces the lv 33 toon it says i need to Log in with account "FURIOUS_DDD".

Can the Following character, be moved from the FURIOUS_DDD account login to "Furious_DDD".

Hi,

I was able to find a way to reset my player name (ctrl shift f12), so now I can sign in at the login screen and thus have access to the FURIOUS_DDD.
