Farmland Infestation boss/mobs

Farmlands infestation mobs, the ones in the cave, including the boss, are not spawning properly. With the limited data I have, it appears that they may be working once per reset.

This is an instance, the mobs in it do not respawn. But, the instance will clean up after 15 minutes if none of the party members enters it, otherwise the time resets.

Cool. Sounds like a great way to make content, especially such early game content, available for everyone. But she's still not working properly.

Ran a test this morning:

First time in, everything was there
Left dungeon at 8:45 AM server time
Logged out
Logged in
Entered dungeon at 9:05 AM server time, no monsters

Yesterday's incident was less structured, so I'd hardly call it a "test" but here's the info I have:

May 15, evening: friend and I entered dungeon for the first time, no monsters.

May 16, evening: friend cleared dungeon without me.
I joined game and joined party.
I entered dungeon, empty.
Attempted to re-enter dungeon a few times throughout the evening.
Attempted to re-enter dungeon without being in party.
No monsters ever appeared to me.

I see what the issue is, this will be fixed after the next reset. Thanks for the bug report.

Is there any chance that your friend has done the cave earlier without you before you joined?

He had done the quest immediately before I joined, yes.
