The Farmlands Cave Transition Broken

What?: The area transition leading to the cave in zone "The Farmlands" seems broken.
Who?: Barto Snickelsnack
When?: I was able to enter this cave about 2 weeks ago when I was leveling Barto, but it is presently inaccessible.

I have been able to reproduce the issue on other characters, as well as confirmed it's not working on another install/account/machine.

This looks like a glitch, a server restart will clear this up.

There have been a few 6:00 resets since I noticed this, but I'll check again after 6 today.

I think I know what is causing this, it should be fixed after the reset.
