Still not working. There is no cold damage in combat logs nor the note that I've triggered the effect. Sometimes a random note appears but nothing happens. "Ironwill activated"

For the snowball? The description says that snowball adds 25 cold damage per hit up to 150 damage then it has cool off timer for a minute. You sure it's a chance related item or you thought I was thinking about something else.

Still not working, hey driller can you just make the "lich king" on-hit to act like a shatter but with cold damage?

This is fixed. I just tested it. There could be an edge case where it doesn't count consecutive hits, but this should be rare.

tldr; still bugged

Hi driller. I've waited for the reset to test out the bug that you've fixed. It's still not working. Also when I single wield lich king rapier the assassin damage doesn't trigger nor the snowball. When duel wielded only assassin damage triggers on main hand weapon and lich king rapier doesnt trigger assassin nor snowball damage.

Works great now. For some reason snowball cooldown also puts asssassin damage on cooldown. Reequipping weapons enables back assassin damage.
