Transference Gem

Post by SkyBlues87 »

Can one take stuff from a set of monks gloves or vice-versa to be added to either the monk gloves or say a short sword - (melee to melee) this does not seem to be clear to me whether it can be applied either way ...

gloves are not melee weapon per say.
since the stone seem to be working for melee only right now, nothing related to gloves would work as is.

Just a warning, this will not transfer perks. I will add a warning for this in the future.

I did assume that it would not transfer perks or mythic but can one transfer the other way so to speak stats of a non mythic or non perk weapon to such a weapon that has already got these features am not totally sure but remember somewhere that you could not upgrade a mythic anyway via standard forge stones thus the same would apply here in this case...

Back slightly to the original point of the thread, in my opinion a monk whom has specialised in unarmed strike is using their fists as a melee weapon simply because they are in close combat (not at range) and such does do physical damage up on the opponent they are facing off... More or less a definition of melee actions ...

I ask for help.
I want to transfer the Legendary Club with SHATTER to kama

if so, what is needed for this? I tried to transfer (kama + stone + mace) - I failed ...

It does not work with special weapons. The Gem of Transference is not intended to be a end game device to make uber weapons.

It is for mid game use.

The target must be a blank weapon.

You're welcome. The purpose of the Transference Gem is to provide a way for someone mid game to get a really good weapon that fits their character build. It's not really for end game item creation.

Yes, it is random. A mid level PC is going to have a much higher chance to find one. I wouldn't recommend farming with a level 40.
