Sorry - you are probably sick of this but my theory is more info usually helps - character did the second advisor quest and got reward as expected (belt of balance) - so might be random or related to the item??

Also inventory had loads of space as per screen grab, so don't think it is that

I had the same issue - no item from first oasis quest. Took a screenshot if that helps. Was running two toons, but only one of them was on the low XP path. Both got the message about too many instructions, and both got stones. Low XP toon got reduced XP and stones but no item. Think there was reason...

Seems to be broken Golem spawned for me, killed it, got stone, used in circle, effects happened but I stayed in the area, no teleport. Tried again a few hours later with Sid spawning the golem and killing - whole party in the circle - same deal - pretty colours but no teleport. Sorry to be a pain...

Not sure if this is bugged, but I killed a large number of fire drakes and soldiers, and put their flames into the pillar, which showed the graphic of flames coming down from the sky - did this about 10-20 times and... nothing - no boss spawn and all characters eventually got bored and town portalle...
